Education
Bring your students to Sheepworld Farm Park for a hands-on day of fun, learning, and fresh air. We welcome all schools, international departments, disability groups and ECE centres for an educational farm experience they’ll never forget. Educational visits are self-guided, however some of the activities you can pre-book are guided by our farm staff.

Watch a live shearing demonstration and learn about wool and sheep farming in New Zealand. An opportunity to see our sheep dogs in action!
▶ Butter Making Workshop
(Monday–Friday only, max 40 people)
Hands-on activity exploring traditional food production.
▶ Meet & Feed the Animals
Enjoy up-close encounters with a wide range of friendly animals and bottle feeding (seasonal).
▶ Marquee Hire
BYO lunch or pre-order from the cafe, enjoy a private space for your group positioned next to the children’s play area.
▶Guided Feedout Tour
Join the farmer on a walking tour around the farm and learn how we care for our animals.
▶ Eco Trail & Bush Walk
Explore our native trees and bush environment.
Catering
Finish your Sheepworld experience with relaxed group catering at our cafe after the shearing show. We offer simple, hearty menu options designed for student groups of 10+, with pre-booked service to keep things smooth and stress free. It’s an easy way to refuel, sit together, and extend the experience before heading back home.
